“We Must Find the Book That Teaches Us How to Live”

My fellow seekers of truth,
Throughout human history, mankind has crafted machines of astonishing power—
the car that carries us across nations,
the motorcycle that races with the wind,
the mobile phone that connects continents,
the computer that holds the knowledge of ages,
the airplane that conquers the skies.

And for every machine man has built, there is a guidebook.
A manual.
A written instruction on how to operate it safely, wisely, and with purpose.

No man would dare to fly an aircraft without learning its commands.
No engineer would attempt to run a great machine without studying its design.
No traveler would set out without guidance for the road ahead.

But I stand before you today to declare a greater truth:

If every human invention carries within it a book of understanding, then surely the One who created us—mind, body, soul, and spirit—has also prepared a guide for the living of life.

Would the Creator craft the tree, the ocean, the skies, the mountains, the beating heart of humankind—and leave us without instruction?
Would the Maker of all existence form a universe so precise, so balanced, so breathtaking—and leave its greatest creation wandering without direction?

I say to you: It cannot be so.

Somewhere in this world, there is such a book.
A book not written by engineers, or programmers, or pilots—
but written by the very One who fashioned the human soul.

A book that teaches us how to live with purpose,
how to walk with dignity,
how to rise after failure,
how to treat one another with justice, mercy, and compassion.

And listen well, my friends:
The best among us are already following it.
The wisest minds, the gentlest hearts, the most upright people—
they reflect a discipline, a peace, a strength that does not come from chance.
It comes from guidance.
It comes from knowledge.
It comes from a book that teaches the art of living.

We must not drift through life like a ship without a compass.
We must not stumble through our years without understanding our purpose.
We must not accept confusion when clarity has been placed within our reach.

And so, in this decisive moment of history, I issue a call:

We must seek this book.
We must find the guidance written for the human soul.
We must study it, uphold it, and live by the truths it contains.

For the one who created us did not abandon us.
He placed His signs in the mountains, His wisdom in the seas, His lessons in the rise and fall of nations—
and His words, His guidance, His method for living—
He set it down in a book for all of humanity.

Let this be the mission of our time.
Let this be the pursuit of every sincere heart.
Let this be the year we seek not only success, not only comfort, not only progress—
but understanding.

For if a machine needs a manual,
and an airplane needs a pilot’s guide,
then a human being—complex, brilliant, capable of creation and destruction alike—
must surely need a guide for life.

And that guide, my friends, exists.
It is waiting to be found.
It is waiting to be followed.
It is waiting to transform those who seek truth into those who live it.

Thank you.
