Nicaragua cuts relations with the Netherlands and prevents the entry of the American ambassador, What is the story?

Nicaragua cuts relations with the Netherlands and prevents the entry of the American ambassador, What is the story? The government of Nicaragua announced the severance of diplomatic relations with the Netherlands due to "interference in its internal affairs", and the Vice President of Nicaragua announced that the new US ambassador appointed by the United States will not enter the country. Nicaragua's Foreign Ministry announced on Friday evening that it was severing diplomatic relations with the Netherlands, accusing it of "interventionism" after its decision to cancel funding for the construction of a hospital. The announcement came hours after President Daniel Ortega announced that he "no longer wants to establish relations with the interventionist government" in the Netherlands. The Dutch ambassador to Nicaragua, Christine Perrin, announced Thursday that her country will no longer fund this health center. The Vice President of Nicaragua, Rosario Moreau, and his wife warned the new US-appointed ambassador that he would "not enter" Nicaragua. Moreau justified this position by talking about "interference" on the part of this diplomat. "We repeat that Hugo Rodriguez will not be admitted to Nicaragua under any circumstances (...) Let these imperialists know: Hugo Rodriguez will not enter here," she said while reading a note from the State Department. The Nicaraguan Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that it had warned Washington on July 28 that the appointment of Rodriguez as ambassador to Managua would not be accepted, due to his "interference and disrespect" attitude, considering that accepting his approval would constitute an "offense", after he described the Managua regime as a "dictator" during His hearing before the US Senate during the process of his appointment.
