Al Jazeera Media Network won the “Top Employers” certificate for the year 2023, as the best employer in Qatar. According to a statement obtained by Al-Quds Al-Arabi, a copy of which the network, which is based in the Qatari capital, considered the award an affirmation of Al-Jazeera’s excellence in adopting the best human resource policies and providing an ideal work environment for its employees.
The Top Employers Institute selects organizations based on the results of a survey of best human resources practices, and covers six areas, including 20 topics, including personnel service strategy, work environment, skills development, learning, diversity, equality, inclusiveness, well-being, and others.
Khaled Gohar, Executive Director of Human Resources and Administration at Al Jazeera Media Network, said: “This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs sector to create an environment that prepares the means for success for our employees in the network.” He added, “We are striving on the island to create a work environment in which the employee has the highest priority.
