Apple is reportedly developing new chips to support its various future devices, including smart glasses, the next generation of Macs, and artificial intelligence (AI)-based servers.
According to a report by Bloomberg technology journalist Mark Gurman, one of the chips being developed is said to be inspired by the power-efficient processor in the Apple Watch, and is designed to deliver high efficiency in wearable devices such as smart glasses, as reported by Tech Crunch on Saturday.
These chips are targeted to enter mass production with Apple's manufacturing partner, TSMC, as early as the end of next year or in 2027.
