The Election Organizer Honorary Council (DKPP) dismissed Luky Noviana Yuliasari as a member of the Madiun Regency KPU because it was proven that she was known to serve as an administrator of a political party (parpol).
The verdict was read out in a verdict hearing by the DKPP in Jakarta (16/6/2025), for case number 118-PKE-DKPP/III/2025. Through the verdict, it was discovered that Luky violated the Election Organizer Code of Ethics (KEPP) because he was proven to still be active as an administrator of the Demokrat Party when registering as a candidate for KPU commissioner for Madiun Regency.
"The DKPP's decision is final and binding. The decision is like the Constitutional Court's decision, there is no appeal. We are just waiting for an official letter from the Indonesian KPU to make an interim replacement (PAW)," said Madiun Regency KPU Chairman Nur Anwar when asked for information by journalists regarding the DKKP decision in Madiun.
