The Ministry of Communication and Digital is striving to achieve the target of producing 450 thousand new digital talents every year from 2025 to 2030.
"The need continues to increase but the supply also increases every year, that's the aggregate. Then there is a gap , the gap is divided for six years, 2025 to 2030, so there the figure will be 450 thousand or so per year," said the Head of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Digital, Bonifasius Wahyu Pudjianto in a press conference.
In an effort to achieve the target of fulfilling the need for digital talent, the government is running education and training programs and establishing a Digital Training Center (DTC).
DTC has been provided in Yogyakarta, Medan, Makassar, Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Banjarmasin, Manado, and Cikarang.
