Prawira Bandung coach David Singleton reminded his players to focus when playing against Pelita Jaya Jakarta, in the final match of the 2025 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) regular round, at the Soemantri Brodjonegoro Student Sports Hall.
He explained that the coaching staff had prepared a number of strategies to fight the 2024 IBL champion, so all that was needed was to minimize mistakes from the players.
"For now, I believe we have the right plan, so we just need to be consistent because that's the most important thing in the next match," Singleton said on the IBL website as quoted in Jakarta, Wednesday.
He further explained that the defeat in the last two matches was quite painful for his team.
Because, it happened only because the players were wrong or mistaken in executing the game plan , so they had to be satisfied with negative results.
"We've played very well, but there have been times when we haven't played well enough," said the coach from the United States (US).
