Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi said that he and Foreign Minister Sugiono continue to monitor to ensure that Indonesian citizens in Iran are safe amid the conflict between that country and Israel.
"We have to coordinate, especially I and the Minister of Foreign Affairs continue to coordinate to monitor our brothers and sisters in Iran, to ensure that our brothers and sisters are safe there," said Prasetyo at the Presidential Palace Complex.
Prasetyo said the government had prepared mitigation measures for Indonesian citizens in case of undesirable situations.
"Regarding mitigations and plans in case something happens, we have prepared them," he said.
