The Indonesian men's national volleyball team firmly leads the standings in the second leg of the 2025 SEA V League after Vietnam defeated Thailand with a score of 3-2 (25-19, 16-25, 25-21, 19-25, 15-11).
Indonesia currently has five points from two matches in the tournament held at the Jakarta International Velodrome, East Jakarta, followed by Vietnam in second place with five points from three matches.
Meanwhile, Thailand must be in third place with a collection of four points from two matches.
Just below Thailand is the Philippines with four points from two matches, while Cambodia sits in fifth place, having yet to earn a point.
Thus, if they can sweep the remaining two matches, namely against Cambodia on Saturday (19/7) and Thailand on Sunday (20/7), with a win, Indonesia can win the second leg of the 2025 SEA V League.
In the first leg which took place in the Philippines, Indonesia had runner-up status because they failed to beat Thailand.
