After the XLSmart merger, the three telecommunications service brands under its umbrella, namely XL, Axis, and Smartfren, continue to run their respective services separately.
This was revealed by Smartfren Chief Marketing Officer Sukaca Purwokardjono. According to him, XLSmart applies the freestanding method method which means each brand runs its own service policy.
"In managing the three brands , namely XL, Smartfren, and Axis, we chose a method called freestanding , meaning each (brand) runs with its own brand policy ," said Sukaca at the launch of Smartfren's virtual assistant, Sarah.
