Tijuana, July 23. Human remains and a narco-message were found this Tuesday at Hacienda Las Fuentes.
The discovery was made on Fuentes del Florido Street, outside Psicólogos Private School. Next to a lamppost was a maroon suitcase containing human remains, accompanied by a threatening poster allegedly signed by a criminal group.
The arriving authorities found another black plastic bag, also containing remains, one meter away.
Neighbors said both bags had been on the street since 4 a.m., but they thought they were trash.
