Manchester United are preparing a surprise move by bringing in new goalkeeper Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp and potentially releasing one of their current goalkeepers.
Football Insider reports that 23-year-old Lammens is edging closer to a move to Old Trafford. He is considered a long-term option, not an immediate first-choice goalkeeper.
However, his presence is believed to be able to influence the future of Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir, with Tom Heaton still projected as the third goalkeeper.
United are reportedly confident of completing a transfer worth around £17 million before the transfer deadline. If the deal goes through, the club will reportedly look to offload one of their two senior goalkeepers.
