Sheikh Ekrima Sabri: The raids on Al-Aqsa are not individual actions, but rather an attempt to impose a new reality.

He pointed out that the raids were carried out with "direct government cover and encouragement from Israeli ministers and representatives," and included "the performance of invalid Jewish prayers and provocative dances that constitute a clear insult to the feelings of Muslims in the sanctuary of the first of the two Qiblas and the third of the two Holy Mosques."

Sheikh Sabri emphasized that these incursions are not merely individual actions, but rather part of an “attempt to impose new realities aimed at gaining complete control over the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.” He emphasized that “the Israeli occupation is seizing opportunities to attempt to uproot and displace the Palestinian people. What is happening in Palestine is genocide in Gaza, siege and killing in the West Bank, and violations, displacement, and destruction in Jerusalem.”

He added that the Israeli government's "attempts to inflame tensions and desecrate the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque" reflect "an increasing challenge and persistence against the Islamic nation." He warned against repeated statements by government officials regarding their intention to "establish the alleged temple and impose Israeli sovereignty over Al-Aqsa Mosque," considering that this represents "a grave danger that requires immediate action by the countries of the Islamic world."

Sheikh Sabri emphasized that "the right of Muslims to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is a divine right that is not subject to negotiations or human decisions," noting that "the occupation uses military force to prevent Muslims from performing their prayers, while allowing settlers to storm the mosque and perform invalid rituals, a scene that confirms the ongoing religious war against Muslims."

He warned of "continued daily attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque," saying, "Al-Aqsa, like the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, is a violation of the entire Islamic nation. Preserving it is a collective duty, and the Palestinian people alone are now paying the price for defending it."

Sheikh Sabry concluded by emphasizing that "leaving these attacks unchecked will lead to more dangerous and harsh conditions for the Arab and Islamic nation," warning that silence and inaction will encourage the occupation to further escalate.
