In the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli occupation forces perpetrated a new massacre against displaced persons, following artillery and air strikes targeting tents sheltering them near the gate of Asdaa City and the outskirts of Hamad City in the Al-Mawasi area northwest of Khan Yunis. According to medical sources, the attack resulted in the deaths of 16 people, including six children.
Another Palestinian was killed by Israeli occupation forces while waiting for aid near the Morag junction. In the central Gaza Strip, three Palestinians were killed when an Israeli drone targeted the home of the al-Hamidi family in the al-Maghazi refugee camp. Two other aid recipients were killed by Israeli forces near Netzarim and Khan Yunis. Several Palestinians were injured in an airstrike that targeted the home of the al-Ashqar family east of the al-Nuseirat refugee camp.
In the northern Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation forces intensified their bombardment of the Zeitoun neighborhood in southern Gaza City, carrying out six simultaneous bombings of residential buildings in less than a quarter of an hour. This is part of preparations for Operation Gideon 2, which aims to completely invade and occupy the city after displacing its residents. The bombing operations also extended to Jabalia, where Israeli drones dropped explosive bombs on Palestinian homes in the Old City.
Hospitals in the Gaza Strip reported that 65 Palestinians were killed on Friday, including 37 in Gaza City, six of whom died of starvation after being targeted while trying to obtain food. According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, since last May, Israel has killed more than 2,000 Palestinians and injured more than 15,000 in what Palestinian circles describe as "death traps" linked to the aid distribution mechanism through the US- and Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.

In this context, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed that halting the famine in Gaza is possible through the immediate entry of large-scale humanitarian aid, noting that its warehouses in Jordan and Egypt are sufficient to fill 6,000 trucks with food and medicine, but it is awaiting permission from the occupation authorities to bring them into the Strip.
