Tijuana, October 31. In the context of the Day of the Dead , the Tijuana municipal government will implement an operation in the city's cemeteries on November 1 and 2, through the Municipal Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection.
Municipal agents will be deployed to carry out preventive patrols in the busiest areas.
Officials will maintain a perimeter inside and outside the cemeteries before and during the celebration, as well as establish road safety measures at strategic points throughout the city, including 13 municipal cemeteries and six private ones.
In addition to the ground surveillance maintained by municipal personnel, the corporation's drones will maintain constant surveillance of the cemeteries near the Air Operations Center stations.
