Tijuana, December 8. Tijuana Mayor Montserrat Caballero Ramírez conducted a supervisory tour of the work being carried out on Agua Caliente Boulevard as part of the Bye Bye Potholes program.
The works are located between Río Yaqui and Santa María streets and are part of the nightly patching being carried out in the city's nine boroughs.
In the area, 200 square meters of road have been patched , with an investment of approximately 200 thousand pesos by the Municipal Government.
The mayor emphasized that more than 75,000 square meters of roads have been renovated in the Centro district during 2023.
The Secretary of Urban, Territorial, and Environmental Development, Juan Enrique Bautista Corona, noted that more than 405,000 square meters of potholes have been filled in the city in 2023 , and the goal for 2024 is to reach one million square meters in Tijuana.
