Tijuana, March 29 – To guarantee decent homes for thousands of families, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo and Baja California Governor Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda launched the Housing for Well-being Program, which aims to build 50,000 homes in the state during the presidential administration.
To this end, an agreement was signed between President Claudia Sheinbaum, Secretary of Agrarian, Territorial, and Urban Development Edna Vega Rangel, and Governor Marina del Pilar, in Playas de Rosarito.
Governor Marina del Pilar highlighted the importance of this program, which, in conjunction with the federal government, seeks to change the lives of Baja Californians by providing them with real and accessible assets.

President Claudia Sheinbaum explained that during her six-year term, one million homes will be built, half of which will be through the National Housing Commission (CONAVI), benefiting those without social security. These individuals will be able to access the program through the national services, which provide information door-to-door, or through the agency's official website.
