Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Nezar Patria stated that the National Digital Public Service Mall application makes the licensing process for medical and healthcare personnel more efficient and transparent.
"The National Health and Social Security Agency (MPPDN) paves the way for digital licensing for medical and healthcare personnel. This way, there will be no more complicated or differing licensing processes between regions; everything will be uniform, faster, and more transparent," Nezar said at the Ministry of Health office.
MPPDN is a public service application that provides non-business licensing services to provide convenience, speed, and efficiency for the public.
