Mexicali, August 11 – As part of the municipal government's efforts to reduce insecurity in the state capital, the territorial coordination meeting for building peace and security in Mexicali was held today.
In leading this meeting, the municipal president Norma Bustamante highlighted the importance of this coordination, which allows the three levels of government to work together to meet the security conditions required by the people of Mexicali,
He also mentioned the participation of Utah State Attorney General Sean D. Reyes, with whom they shared security strategies for the benefit of both nations.
Bustamante Martínez added that the municipal government is currently developing a collaboration with SEDENA, which consists of a strategy called "Traveling Military Bases" in the Mexicali Valley, which were presented and delivered at the security committee meeting on August 4, 2022.
