US technology company Apple is reportedly developing a chatbot application for the iPhone similar to ChatGPT, according to an unnamed internal source.
As reported by GSM Arena, Monday (29/9), the application was prepared to help the engineering team developing the next generation of Siri voice assistant which is supported by LLM (Large Language Model).
Furthermore, the report also revealed that Apple's AI division has been using the app to test new Siri features including the ability to search for personal information such as songs, emails, photos, videos, and more.
This application is also said to be able to run commands within the application, for example to edit photos.
Currently, the app is internally codenamed "Veritas" meaning truth, and the app is still internal.
