Google has officially released Veo 3.1 as an update for its AI ( artificial intelligence ) video generator, which delivers improvements to optimize audio and video results.
The Verge reported on Thursday that Google announced this update on Wednesday (October 15th). One of the improvements is that videos created with the AI filmmaking tool, Flow, will become more realistic.
Users can add or change shadows and lighting to their AI-created videos.
According to Google, Flow users will soon be able to remove “anything” from videos — the tool will restructure backgrounds and scenes to “appear as if the object was never there.”
