Nvidia has become the world's first public company to reach a valuation of US$5 trillion, or Rp83 quadrillion, amid surging demand for artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
As reported by Tech Crunch on Thursday, Nvidia's share price rose 5.6 percent on Wednesday (29/10) local time to US$212.19 per share, boosting the achievement.
The stock price surge came after US President Donald Trump said he would discuss Nvidia's Blackwell chips during his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday.
