The United Nations reveals difficulties in bringing aid into Gaza despite the ceasefire.

In a press statement, Dujarric explained that the United Nations faced difficulties in the flow of humanitarian aid through border crossings on Tuesday due to Israel's decision to reduce aid flows to Gaza.

He stressed that the United Nations is intensifying its contacts with Israel to establish a system that would allow more aid to flow through more border crossings. Dujarric expressed his hope that a system would be established that would allow more humanitarian aid to flow into the Gaza Strip.

US media reported that Israel sent a letter to the United Nations announcing that it would reduce the daily number of aid trucks, claiming that Hamas had not immediately returned the bodies of Israeli prisoners.

On October 10, the first phase of an agreement between Hamas and Israel began, aimed at halting the war in the Gaza Strip and exchanging prisoners.

The war of extermination waged by Israel, with American support, over a period of two years, beginning October 8, 2023, resulted in the martyrdom of 67,938 Palestinians, and the injury of 170,169 others, most of them children and women, and a famine that claimed the lives of 463 Palestinians, including 157 children.
