Tangerang Hawks Basketball coach Antonius Joko Endratmo is ambitious to lead his team to achieve better results in the 2026 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL), compared to the previous season.
This ambition aligns with the management's policy of retaining his position as head coach since the end of 2022, extending his contract with the club for the following season.
"My target is to make this team even better, step by step," said the man often called Coach Joko.
Coach Joko replaced Efri Meldi as head coach and began his tenure by guiding the Hawks out of the bottom of the table, after the 2022 season, the team recorded only six wins from 22 matches.
In his first season at the helm, he nearly led the Hawks to the playoffs with a ninth-place finish.
