Upbit Indonesia is pushing for a safer and more responsible digital asset ecosystem amidst the surge in crypto asset transaction values."Growth brings greater responsibility to ensure user security and improve education so investors can make informed decisions," said Upbit Indonesia COO Resna Raniadi in an official statement in Jakarta on Thursday.
Resna assessed that the surge in national crypto asset transaction value, reaching IDR 409.56 trillion from January to October 2025, marks the rapid development of the digital economy and reinforces the urgency of building a safe and responsible ecosystem.
Based on data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the transaction value indicates increasing public interest in digital assets.
However, behind this growth, Upbit emphasized the need for strengthening literacy, security, and close coordination between industry players and regulators.
