Arief Rosyid encourages young people to study at Lemhannas to build the nation  Former Commander of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) Fanta and Golkar Party politician Arief Rosyid Hasan invited all young people to study at the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas).

"Lemhannas is a crucible for developing cross-sectoral leaders. I hope more young people will attend, equipping them to serve the nation," he said in a press release received in Jakarta on Wednesday.

According to Arief, Lemhannas can provide young people with the necessary skills to become qualified bureaucrats.

Arief said that the knowledge learned at Lemhannas is not only about cross-sectoral government but also strategic studies abroad which are useful for strengthening understanding of geopolitics and superior human resource management.

Through Lemhannas, Arief is confident that young people will emerge as future national leaders who are capable of occupying strategic national positions through a fair meritocracy path.

The meritocracy system itself is the main theme of the Individual Working Paper (KKP) title that Arief raised, namely "Young Leadership Meritocracy for the Transformation of Superior Human Resources in the Framework of National Resilience" after undergoing the National Leadership Strengthening Education (P3N) Class XXVI Lemhannas for 3.5 months.

In his report, Arief emphasized that the demographic bonus will only become a strength if the younger generation is given the space to lead through a fair merit system based on Pancasila values.

He also criticized the gap between norms and practices in recruitment for public office and political leadership, which are still influenced by patronage, economic capital, and a culture of seniority.

"The younger generation (millennials and Gen Z) comprises 53 percent of the population. This means that Indonesia's young leaders have great potential, but they haven't yet been fully absorbed into strategic positions. Meritocracy isn't just a technocratic issue, but a national agenda to strengthen national resilience," Arief said.

In his KKP, Arief offers a Holistic Three Pillar Strategy that strengthens Lemhannas RI as a center for statesmanship cadre development that produces cross-sector leaders rooted in the Pancasila ideology.

This strategy is strengthened through the implementation of data- and competency-based National Talent Management, to ensure that qualified young people can be placed in strategic positions objectively.
