The Class I Special Immigration Office of TPI Batam, Riau Islands (Kepri) is improving its flexible and convenient services to the public by presenting an Immigration Lounge or Immilounge at one of the city's shopping centers.
Head of the Immigration Information and Communication Section of the Batam Immigration Office, Kharisma Rukmana, explained that Immilounge was born from the public's need for practical and accessible services.
"With its location at Pollux Habibie Mall, people can process documents while shopping or simply window shopping . The space is also more exclusive and comfortable," he said when confirmed in Batam on Thursday.
He said Immilounge offers a new experience in managing passports and residence permits without having to come to the immigration office.
