Barcelona coach Hans-Dieter 'Hansi' Flick praised three of his squad members, Pedri, Raphinha, and Gerard Martin, after their 3-1 win over visiting Atletico Madrid in the 2025/2026 La Liga match on Wednesday morning WIB.
"I'm happy for Pedri because he didn't need long to come back. He's the link between the defense and attack. He played a great game today," Flick said, as quoted on Barcelona's official website.
In that match, Pedri provided an assist for Barcelona's first goal, scored by Raphinha.
The goal earned Raphinha praise from Flick. According to the German tactician, Raphinha's presence is crucial for the team due to his high-intensity play.
"Raphinha is an important player for us. He raises the intensity level of everyone when he's on the pitch," Flick said.
