Persib Bandung coach Bojan Hodak asked his players not to underestimate Bangkok United in the final match of Group G of the 2025/2026 AFC Champions League Two (ACL Two) at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) Stadium."Tomorrow will be a tough match for us. We're currently the top two teams in the group. In our first meeting in Thailand, they gave us quite a tough time. So we hope to get a positive result," Hodak said in Bandung.
Persib only needs a point to secure their place in the round of 16. However, Hodak emphasized that his team is still aiming for a victory over the Thai team.
He said the players were in top condition after securing a 3-1 victory over Borneo FC in the 2025/2026 BRI Super League match .
"The team's preparation was excellent. We had four days after the match against Borneo FC to refine our strategy. The win in the last match has created a very positive atmosphere for the team," he said.
