According to Megawati, maintaining the championship title is much more difficult than winning it, especially since Jakarta Pertamina Enduro is the defending champion.
"It's certainly tough, because we're defending the championship. Last year, I wasn't with Pertamina; I was with the Petro team and won third place, and Pertamina won first. So, defending the title is probably even harder. There's definitely a certain pressure," Mega said at the 2026 Proliga press conference .
"The target is of course to be the best, and to maintain it too, because maintaining it is more difficult than achieving it."
Mega said the pressure was significant because she wasn't racing for Jakarta Pertamina Enduro last season. She raced for Gresik Petrokimia Pupuk Indonesia, finishing third, while Pertamina Enduro won the championship.
