"The focus is on increasing added value through strengthening fisheries cultivation, developing the processing industry, and creating an investment climate based on regulatory certainty," said Muslim, Head of the NTB Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service, in a statement in Mataram on Friday.
Muslim said his party would undertake institutional restructuring starting in 2026 in line with the implementation of the new Organizational Structure and Work Procedures (SOTK).
Institutional arrangements include strengthening the role of Technical Implementation Units (UPT) towards Regional Public Service Agencies (BLUD), improving the quality of human resources, and strengthening the supervisory function of marine space utilization.
