Thousands of participants in the Mandalika Last Sunday Run held at the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), on Sunday, donated to victims of the flood disaster in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.
"There were 1,200 participants. We haven't counted the donations collected yet, but it's hoped that even a small amount will help residents affected by the natural disasters in Sumatra," said Rully Habibie, Chairman of the Mandalika Last Sunday Run 2025, in Central Lombok on Sunday.
In addition to managing donations from participants, the Mandalika Last Sunday Run also attracts participation from local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Held with a festival-like atmosphere through the presence of DJ performances and coffee shop outlets, the Mandalika Last Sunday Run was attended by participants in two categories, namely 4.3K and 10K.
Rully emphasized that the event is part of the Mandalika Grand Prix Association's (MGPA) efforts to maximize the use of the racing circuit throughout the year.
