Rendy emphasized that the decision was made on his own initiative before joining the national team, with the aim of supporting his efforts to break into the Red and White squad.
"I sold the car before joining the national team. It was my own initiative, and the goal was to have a bike to fight for the national team. The competition is fierce," Rendy told.
He emphasized that this move had nothing to do with support from the federation or the government. After officially joining the national team, Rendy said the support he received was actually excellent.
Rendy also revealed an unexpected experience he had while performing at the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand.
