The Military Prosecutor has not yet completed the prosecution files for 22 defendants in the assault case that killed Private Lucky Namo, so the trial with the agenda of reading the charges at the III-15 Kupang Military Court, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) has been postponed until next week.
"Mr. Prosecutor, please complete the prosecution file and the trial will be postponed to Thursday, December 11, 2025," said Chief Judge Major Chk Subiyanto at the start of the follow-up trial in the case of the death of Private Lucky Namo after being abused by his senior, at the III-15 Kupang Military Court, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Wednesday.
Today, a follow-up trial was held in the Prada Lucky case with the agenda of reading the charges for case 40-K/PM.III-15/AD/X/2025 with the defendant Danki A Yonif TP 834/WM Lettu Inf Ahmad Faisal.
From the Military Auditor's side, attended by Lieutenant Colonel Chk Alex Pandjaitan, and Lieutenant Colonel Chk Yudis Harto, and also attended by the defendant's legal advisors, Major Chk Gatot Subur, and Second Lieutenant Chk Benny Suhendra Las Baun.
The trial was led by Major Chk Subiyanto as the chairman of the panel of judges, accompanied by two member judges, namely Captain Chk Denis C. Napitupulu and Captain Chk Zainal Arifin A. Yulianto.
However, at the start of the trial, the Military Prosecutor stated that his party had not yet completed the prosecution file due to various busy activities over the past week, so he asked the panel of judges to postpone the trial.
A similar thing also happened at the follow-up trial of the Prada Lucky case with the agenda of reading the charges for case 42-K/PM.III-15/AD/X/2025 with four defendants, namely Sergeant Thomas Desamberis Awi, Sergeant Andre Mahoklory, Private Poncianus Allan Dadi, and Private Rofinus Sale.
