The Indonesian para-archery team added a second gold medal to its tally after winning the men's team recurve final at the 2025 ASEAN Para Games at Mook Stadium Field, Thailand, on Friday.

The team, strengthened by Khoirul Anwar, Kholidin, and Setiawan, managed to pocket the gold medal after scoring a landslide victory with a score of 6-0 over Malaysian representatives Suresh Selvatamby, Nurfaizal Bin Hamzah, and Muhammad Azaruddin Bin Mat.

Kholidin and his friends reached the final round after defeating the Philippines representatives Keith Vincent Gramaje, Giovanni Ola, and Michael Gorospe with a score of 6-0 in the semifinal match.

Their dominance continued in the final round, earning the Indonesian contingent another gold medal. This was their second after Kholidin won gold in the men's recurve singles in an all-Indonesian final against Setiawan.

the Red and White Contingent had collected 57 gold medals from various branches, namely boccia, archery, athletics, cycling, fencing, judo, weightlifting, swimming, table tennis, shooting, and tenpin bowling.

Indonesia is trailing Thailand in first place with 91 gold medals and maintains a distance from Malaysia, which is in third place with 26 gold medals.
