Indonesian legends are directly involved in the World Badminton Museum
  A number of Indonesian champions and legends have made direct contributions to the construction of the World Badminton Museum, initiated by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) in Qingdao, China, by signing historic photographs and handprints that will be permanently displayed.

In an official statement from the Indonesian Badminton Association (PP PBSI) on Friday, the contribution was an important part in making the idea of ​​establishing a museum a success, which aims to preserve the history and culture of world badminton.

The line-up of Indonesian legends involved includes Rudy Hartono, Imelda Wiguna, Ricky Soebagdja, Icuk Sugiarto, Hariyanto Arbi, Hendrawan, Susy Susanti, Alan Budikusuma, Sigit Budiarto as well as modern era legends such as Hendra Setiawan, Mohammad Ahsan, and Tontowi Ahmad.

The signatures and handprints of these legends will be part of a special area featuring world champions and Olympic gold medalists as a sign of the highest achievement in the sport of badminton.
