According to him, strengthening the defense system is the main focus and this effort is crucial so that the team can compete more consistently in every match and achieve the championship target set for the season.
"I don't have any individual motivation and just want to improve the team's performance, so that's a challenge for every match, because all teams want to win the title," Adams said during the 2026 IBL Opening Preparations event.
He explained that competition in the IBL is getting tougher, so every team must be ready to face the pressure in every match.
Because, the biggest challenge is not in the individual aspect, but rather how all players can unite and carry out their respective roles for the benefit of the team.
