Kawhi Leonard leads the Clippers to a 112-104 victory over the Lakers
Kawhi Leonard led the Los Angeles Clippers to a 112-104 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in an NBA match in Inglewood, California, Friday, after scoring 24 points and maintaining his team's lead in a tight fourth quarter.

Leonard once again became the Clippers' driving force with the goal, extending his career-best streak to 23 consecutive games with at least 20 points, despite suffering a bruised left knee.

According to the NBA's official website, the Clippers maintained their lead when the Lakers briefly closed the gap with a 19-7 run capped by a Luka Doncic three-pointer, leaving the deficit at just two points. However, James Harden responded with a three-pointer that sparked a 10-point run for the Clippers, leading them to pull away.

The Lakers pressed back with an 11-2 run, highlighted by a LeBron James jumper and a three-point play, which reduced the lead to three points in the final minutes.

The Lakers' comeback attempt was ultimately halted after Ivica Zubac scored a reverse dunk and John Collins sank a 3-pointer to extend the Clippers' lead to eight points, before Harden sealed the win with two free throws.
