Ken Swagumilang's free-flowing performance brought him his first gold medal at the APG.
Indonesian archer Ken Swagumilang admitted that he performed freely in the final of the individual compound open men's event at the 2025 ASEAN Para Games (APG) in Thailand, thus leading him to win the first gold medal in the event.

"I just tried to focus on the target and not think about anything else, because in archery the results are difficult to predict, especially due to the wind factor," he told ANTARA after defeating the host representative from Thailand, Comsan Singpirom, at Mook Stadium Field, Nakhon Ratchasima, Saturday afternoon.

Ken, from Sidoarjo, East Java, secured gold after scoring a total of 144 points in five rounds (29, 29, 28, 30, 28). Comsan, meanwhile, collected 142 points (29, 28, 28, 28, 29).
