Marc, who suffered a shoulder injury at the Indonesian MotoGP last October, has now been confirmed to have recovered and is ready to take part in pre-season testing.
"Regaining my confidence after my injury is the first goal, then putting on a show on track with the Ducati Lenovo Team, whose colours I will try to honour as best as possible again this year," Marc said, as quoted from the MotoGP website on Tuesday.
"In the first practice session on the bike, the sensations were more than positive, but Malaysia will be the first real test of the season," added the rider from Catalunya, Spain.
The 2025 world champion said that 2025 was a very memorable year in his life after appearing so dominant throughout the season.
