PB POSSI prepares program to produce many athletes
The General Chairman of the Indonesian Diving Association (PB POSSI), Commissioner General Marzuki Rahman, revealed that he will prepare a work program focused on producing more athletes.

Marzuki said the PB POSSI national working meeting would discuss programs that could build a sports ecosystem in Indonesia, with the grand idea of achieving "one athlete, one achievement."

"We are exploring the possibility of recruiting more athletes from all provinces... So, hopefully, POSSI's future agenda will improve human resources, both at the central and provincial levels," Marzuki said at a press conference.

The diving branch recorded promising achievements at the 2023 SEA Games with 6 gold, 10 silver, and 5 bronze medals.

At the 2025 SEA Games, this branch will not be contested by the host Thailand.

Reflecting on this, Marzuki wants to prepare a program that is intertwined with the 2027 SEA Games in Malaysia, where diving might be contested again.
