Online fraud remains a serious challenge amidst the rise in digital transactions and goods delivery activities.A 2025 Diginex survey conducted with Inventure and ivosights showed that 26.5 percent of Indonesians had been victims of online fraud.
This picture is reinforced by Kaspersky Lab's Online Scams in Indonesia report, which places Indonesia as one of the countries with the highest level of digital fraud vulnerability in the ASEAN region.
This situation has prompted J&T Cargo to strengthen public education through the "Don't Be Fooled, Check First" campaign, which aims to help the public recognize increasingly sophisticated logistics fraud methods and protect consumers from financial losses and personal data breaches.
