The South Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) recorded that the flood level on Jalan Pondok Karya, RW 04 Complex, Pela Mampang, Mampang Prapatan, reached 95 centimeters (cm).
"At 6:00 p.m. WIB, the water level (TMA) at Pondok Karya reached 60 to 95 cm," said Head of the South BPBD Task Force, Sukendar, to reporters in Jakarta, Thursday.
He said the water level fluctuated due to the high rainfall.
To address this, he said, his team was on standby at the flood post together with the Mampang Police, sub-district, village, and Water Resources (SDA) officials, equipped with one rubber boat and a canoe.
"We are on standby at the flood post with Mampang Police Chief, Commissioner Wahid, and the National Police," he said.
The affected road accesses were RT 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 11 and 12/RW 04, the cause of which was local rain and the overflow of the Mampang River.
"A total of nine neighborhood associations (RTs), 32 houses, 32 heads of families (KK), but there are no refugees in Pondok Karya," he said.
The Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) recorded that as of 6:00 PM WIB, 80 neighborhood units (RT) and 23 roads in West, East, and South Jakarta were flooded.
