Barcelona will definitely be without Marcus Rashford and Raphinha in the first leg of the 2025/26 Copa del Rey semifinal against Atletico Madrid.
Through the club's official website on Wednesday, Rashford was said to have experienced a problem with his left knee while playing against Mallorca on Saturday (7/2).
Meanwhile, Raphinha suffered a right adductor injury against Elche and missed the matches against Albacete and Mallorca.
Barcelona initially expected the Brazilian to recover quickly and be available for the match against Atletico Madrid.
However, his recovery progress has been slower, so the club is doubtful about his involvement, especially as a starter.
Atletico Madrid will host Barcelona at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium on Thursday (February 12th) evening WIB in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals.
Atletico Madrid reached the semifinals in convincing fashion. Los Rojiblancos thrashed Real Betis 5-0 in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Barcelona advanced to the semifinals by narrowly defeating Albacete 2-1.
