A Palestinian man was killed and his daughter injured in Gaza amid continued artillery and naval bombardment of the Strip.
A medical source told Anadolu Agency that the young man, Ahmed Muhammad Al-Qudra (34 years old), was killed by an Israeli bombing in the center of Khan Yunis city, while his daughter, Julia (whose age was not disclosed), was seriously injured.

Since dawn on Saturday, the Israeli occupation army has continued to launch air raids, artillery and naval bombardments on several areas in the Gaza Strip, in a new violation of the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect since October 10.

Local sources reported that Israeli warplanes carried out raids targeting various locations east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, areas that are under the control of the Israeli occupation army according to the terms of the agreement.

The sources also reported that Israeli warships fired shots and shells towards the coast of Gaza City.

In the northwest of the Gaza Strip, several areas were subjected to intermittent Israeli artillery shelling, according to the same sources.

In the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Israeli warplanes launched at least one airstrike targeting an area east of Khan Younis city, within the areas under the control of the Israeli occupation army according to the agreement.

The Israeli navy also opened fire off the coast of Khan Yunis, coinciding with artillery shelling that targeted the eastern areas of the city.

Local sources indicated that no injuries have been reported as a result of these attacks so far.

Since the ceasefire agreement in Gaza came into effect until Thursday evening, the Israeli occupation army, in its continued violations of bombing and shooting, killed 636 Palestinians and wounded 1,704 others.

The agreement was reached two years after a war of extermination launched by Israel on October 8, 2023, with American support, which left more than 72,000 martyrs and about 172,000 wounded Palestinians, and massive destruction affecting 90% of the civilian infrastructure, with reconstruction costs estimated by the United Nations at about $70 billion.
