Indonesia will be without a women's doubles representative in the 2026 All England semifinals.
The Indonesian badminton team will be without a representative in the women's doubles event in the semifinals of the 2026 All England.

This certainty was obtained after Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma/Meilysa Trias Puspitasari had to admit the toughness of Malaysian doubles Pearly Tan/Thinaaj Muralitharan in two straight games 9-21 and 18-21 in the quarter-final round which took place at Utillita Arena Birmingham, Birmingham.
"Thank God, we were able to finish the match, even though the result wasn't what we had hoped for. We're grateful to have finished in good health," said Ana, as quoted by PBSI.

Ana admitted that in the first game she was quite overwhelmed facing the onslaught from the second seeded pair in this tournament.

"We actually had a pattern in place, but sometimes our returns weren't very accurate. Compared to the previous meeting, today they quickened the tempo of the game," said Ana.

Meanwhile, Meilysa admitted that their lack of initiative in pressing in the second game actually backfired on them, allowing their opponents to control the tempo of the game.

"In the second game, we were ahead, but after that, we became too cautious. We lost to them," said Meilysa.

Confirmed to be eliminated from this BWF Super 1000 tournament, Ana/Meilysa admitted that they have learned several important lessons that will be used as evaluations for the future.

"There's a lot we can learn from today. We'll use this as a lesson for the future and use this experience to continue to improve," said Ana.
