Huawei Device Indonesia has begun marketing its latest flagship foldable phone, the Huawei Mate X7, in Indonesia, selling it for Rp27.9 million.
The Huawei Mate X7 promises to be able to meet the high expectations of fans of thin foldable phones but displays high performance in terms of photography.
"Designed with an ultra-thin design, the Huawei Mate X7 brings uncompromising performance and reliability," said Huawei Device Indonesia Senior Retail Manager Edy Supartono at the Huawei Mate X7 launch event in Jakarta, Thursday.
"The camera system is getting more sophisticated and can even outperform any current flagship ," he added.
The Huawei Mate X7 is 4.5 mm thick when unfolded and 9.5 mm when folded. It's relatively lightweight, weighing 236 grams, and feels comfortable to hold when folded.

The Huawei Mate X7 features two LTPO OLED panels with an adaptive refresh rate of 1–120 Hz.
The main screen measures 8 inches and the outer screen measures 6.49 inches. Both screens have a resolution of 2,444 x 1,080 pixels. The main screen has a peak brightness of 2,500 nits, while the outer screen has a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.
The outer screen is coated with Crystal Armor Kunlun Glass, which Huawei says is up to 16 times more scratch resistant and up to 25 times more drop resistant than standard glass.
