The General Chairperson (Ketum) of the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (PP FPTI), Yenny Wahid, stated that the organization supports five rock climbers who reported to the National Police Headquarters, after becoming victims of alleged acts of violence and sexual harassment.
He said the athletes' courage should be commended for revealing the true facts, and that the FPTI would not intervene in any of the processes, so that the case could be revealed clearly.
"As an organization, FPTI cannot file a report, but we are helping to find lawyers for victims who want to report to the police," said Yenny at the Press Conference for the Introduction of the 2026 Indonesian National Rock Climbing Training Team in preparation for the 2026 Asian Games, at the Indonesian national rock climbing team training location in Bekasi City, West Java, on Wednesday.
