Ubisoft announced that it will release The Division Resurgence on March 31 for iOS and Android platforms, after previously launching it in 2021 and experiencing several delays.
As reported by Engadget on Wednesday, The Division Resurgence's storyline is set at the beginning of the pandemic in New York City, so chronologically, the game is positioned as a sequel to Tom Clancy's The Division and a prequel to Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
In terms of gameplay , Resurgence is an action RPG with a third-person perspective and PvP support. The gameplay is said to be similar to the main series, with players engaging in various battles and collecting items to upgrade their equipment and character abilities.
