Newcastle United striker Yoane Wissa will be a mainstay in the attack for the Democratic Republic of Congo national team at the 2026 World Cup.
Wissa is included in the DR Congo's 26-player squad for the tournament, which will take place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
In addition to Wissa, DR Congo will also be strengthened by three players currently playing in the Premier League, namely West Ham United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Burnley defender Axel Tuanzabe, and Sunderland player Noah Sadiki.
Coach Sebastian Desabre also called up Arthur Masuaka, who is currently on loan from Sunderland to Lens.
Then the DR Congo pillar who now wears the Watford uniform, Edo Kayembe, also entered the squad.
Former Chelsea player Gael Kakuta is also included in the DR Congo squad.
